Tips to Raise Your Energy Vibrations and Feel Better

by Mary Bigler

1- Visualize yourself being, doing or having that which you most desire.

Think from the end.
Seek to maintain only positive emotion around your desire.
Remain connected to the WHY. (These are your core essences).
Utilize all your senses.
Vision in Technicolor.
Get out of the audience and into the movie. Live it! Be it! Do it!
Who are you being?
What are you doing?
Where are you? Describe it fully.
Who else is there?
How are you speaking and to whom?
How are you moving?
What do you see? Hear?
What are you wearing?
Put your desire in writing. View it often.
Make where you want to go more familiar that where you currently are.

2- Act 'As-If' your desire is already the reality of your current experience.

For example, do you want to be abundant? Act, to the greatest degree possible, as someone does who is abundant. Act in a way that reflects what you want to attract.

-What would someone who is abundant do? ( What does Oprah do?)
-How would they be?
-How do you think they feel about their lives, the world?
-What other qualities do they possess to allow them to act abundantly?
-Which do you possess?

3- Create a space for the universe to deliver your desire.

Create a vacuum. The laws of physics dictate that a vacuum must be filled. Remove anything that is getting in the way of your desire. It's like cleaning out a drawer, a closet or a cabinet.
It's similar to rearranging a workspace. What is currently filling the space that should ne occupied by your desire?
- Self-limiting beliefs about what is possible for you?
- A cluttered schedule that has no room for something new?
- Negativity from people with whom you associate on a regular basis?

4- Stay out of the HOW. 'How' places you back into your head and places judgment, expectation
and limitations on the outcome. When you can't figure that out, you often abandon the dream. This often occurs just before a break-through moment. The universe dreams bigger dreams than we have for ourselves, so remain focused on the desire and the essence of it.

"Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, you shall become."
-James Allen

5- Note what you can do right now, today, to create those desired states of peace, joy, freedom and creative self-expression.

- Get outdoors and go for a walk.
- Put on a CD of your favorite music. Sing, dance.
- Play with your kids or pets.
- Get a massage.
- Paint, make a collage of a dream or desire.
- Clean or straighten a room or closet.
- Create that workshop, website you've been thinking or talking about. Just begin the process.
- Take a 1-minute virtual reality vacation and imagine some situation that takes you to a peak
feel-good state. Scene over.

6- Be one who consistently finds and savors a variety of things in your life that are joyful and
pleasing, and amp up those energies.

- Think about events, activities or relationships that make you happy, at peace, energized.
Reflect on the best things that happen to you each day and replay those scenarios as long as they feel good.
- Anticipate a joyful future event you've planned.
- Ignore what is not going well.
- Exaggerate what is going well.
- Emphasize what feels delicious and play it out a hundred times.
- Milk the moments spent in joy, relief, positive anticipation of what is coming.
- Look for the one good thing happening amidst the 99 less-than great ones.
- When feeling good about something else, ride that energetic wave and return the focus to your
intention or desire. Continue to build your attraction energy.

7- Find ways to help someone else identify and achieve their desire or the specific circumstance or state that you seek. For example, if you want to be abundant, how can you help someone else be that? Reaching out and sharing or focusing on someone other than ourselves is a great energy-boosting strategy. Most people are more deeply connected with Spirit when they find ways to be of service to others.

"The universe operates through dynamic exchange. Giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. In our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives." -Deepak Chopra

8- Surround yourself with those individuals who are supportive or fun to be around and with those who share your interests. Avoid those who drain your energies. If you are not energetically 'plugged in' to positive and growth-oriented persons, it might be time to re-evaluate your associations and connect to those who align more closely with your values, interests and goals. Where there is any interest, there is a group to support it. Explore your
community and the internet for associations.

9- Physically Be in environments that increase the feelings associated with your core essences.
The point is to enjoy yourself. Be in spaces that reflect who you are. Design work and home spaces that are pleasing.

- What does your home environment look and feel like?
- What surrounds you that is pleasing?
- What does your office reflect?
- Where do you spend time outside of work? What do those areas look like?
Your garden, your yard.
- What does your car look like- inside and out?
- What do you like to wear? How do you feel in various articles of clothing?
- Set the dining table with fine dinnerware or those that you most enjoy using.
- Buy and place plants and flowers that contribute beauty to any setting. Place favorite
pictures, crystals, candles, whatever mementos you cherish in spots they can be viewed and
appreciated daily and which support and nurture your well-being.
Visit places that nourish your spirit:
- The Alaskan tundra or the Rockies.
- The white sand beaches of Maui or the Caribbean.
- The zoo, a garden center or golf course.

10- Regularly engage in activities that allow for balance in your life. Make a list of those things you really enjoy doing. Activities that:

- 'Charge' you or fill you with vibrancy.
- Are active. Exercise, move!
- Ignite a passion or interest.
- Allow the peaceful, easy feelings of relaxation, lightness.

11- Stay present, aware. Notice what's already showing up in your favor. The more you see in
yourself what you want to become, the more you will become it.

- How are you being different?
- How have relationships changed? Are they more peaceful? Easier? With more fluid
communication? Are you less irritated with certain people?
- What are you doing differently? Taking less for granted? Taking greater self-are? Slowing
down? Delegating tasks? Taking time to play more?
- What new things are showing up? Do opportunities seem to 'appear' out of the blue? Are
you able to get through each day with more support, less stress? Do people seem nicer, more friendly or cooperative? Are you enjoying the present moments rather than focusing time and
attention on the past or future?

12- Remain in Gratitude each day. This takes you out of your head, away from judgments, and into your heart, where energy is of a much higher vibration. Be reverent. Reverence is acknowledging and understanding the sacredness of all people and things. It is appreciating the interconnectedness between all there is in the tapestry called life.

- Give thanks often and not just for the material things.
- Acknowledge beauty and value about yourself and the world around you. For example, focus on your traits of patience or altruism, on the simple elegance of nature and the incredible gifts that unfold for us each day.

In these ways, as you increase the intensity of the essences of your desires ( the WHY you want anything), you decrease the level of resistance and come into greater alignment with what you want.

"The better it gets, the better it gets."-Abraham Hicks
