The Laws of Attraction Made Simple

by Mary Bigler

The Universal Principles teach us that what you are living today, the life experiences that are currently showing up are a result of the thoughts and feelings that you have emitted before today.

Your future is predicated upon your perspective of today. If that is positive and optimistic, life will flow more easily and you will be on the receiving end of opportunities and miracles. If it is negative, filled with doubt, fear and worry, that is exactly what you will be creating for your future.

Life is all about energy. About vibration.

The LAW OF ATTRACTION is the most powerful of the principles which simply states that 'like attracts like'
You draw to you what you focus your attention upon-good or bad, wanted or unwanted.

The vibrations you emit rebound to you in the form of people and circumstances that are a vibrational match to your frequency or the 'charge' behind your focus of attention.

If you feel and focus upon any negative emotion, you are in that moment becoming a magnet to attract more of the same.

Conversely, when you feel optimistic, joyful or appreciative, you will attract more of those circumstances into your life.

The point here is to see yourself as a point of attraction.

If you want something to be other than it is, you must offer a different vibration.

The LAW OF DELIBERATE CREATION is about offering a different frequency in order to shift out of a lower vibrational state.

Our thoughts are always a choice and we can learn to direct them in the direction of what we want rather in the direction of what we don't want or what's not working.

Every thought has a corresponding emotion so an equally important part of this law involves your emotions.
Emotions are your internal guidance system because they alert you to what you are in alignment with and in the process of manifesting- good or bad.

When finding yourself out of sync or experiencing a negative emotion, you regain your balance by changing the internal dialog to feel better. In this manner, you begin to deliberately change your personal vibration to change the undesirable results showing up in your life.

An example to demonstrate how to change the frequency to a higher state.

1- What is the situation you would prefer not to have?

Perhaps your job is no longer fulfilling or challenging, you are constantly feeling disorganized
and overloaded or you struggle to maintain a fitness program

2- What don't you want around that?

Stress? Burn-out?

3- How are you feeling about your situation?

Frustration? Overwhelm? Worry? Fear?

4-What are your thoughts when you feel_________?

That you'll never get out of the current situation?
That you are powerless to change?
That you're too busy to do something about it right now?

5- Where is your focus of attention? How much time do you spend ruminating, complaining?

Notice how frequently the focus is on lack, can't, shouldn't, blame.
Do you find yourself churning around in the problem frequently during the day?

6- What DO you want?

Perhaps work that is challenging, fulfilling, financially lucrative.
An activity program that is easy and fun to commit to
An organized, well-managed day.

7- How do you want to feel or be?

Free, vibrant, joyful, empowered, enthusiastic.

8- How might you move out of alignment with those unserving, low-vibrational thoughts?

Make a list of what you are most appreciative for. Note why you are grateful.
Engage in activities and relationships that are fun, nurturing and contribute to your personal
expansion.
Challenge the negative self-talk or belief structure underlying the negative thought and replace
it with more positive, hopeful or optimistic dialog.

If can you can spend at least 10 minutes a day in these higher-frequency states you'll start to see more of what you want showing up.

LAW OF ALLOWING

The idea here is to remain focused on what you want and remain in a good-feeling place of having it.
There is the absence of doubt. This is the path of least resistance.

Tips to get out of you way and allow your desire to unfold.

- Surrender. Detach from expected outcomes. Open to the possibilities of things to flow to you from myriad avenues.

- Play. Feel joy as often as possible. Know that by consistently feeling good about your goal or desire, or any thing else, that it is on its way to you.

- Expect it. Have faith. Trust it will come. Believe in an abundant universe which plays no favorites. Know there is no scarcity. Honor your worthiness to receive good things.
