MARY BIGLER
MSW, Certified Life Coach

I am a 2004 graduate of the Comprehensive Coaching University with three decades of experience in psychology, social work, consulting, personal growth, wellness and physical therapy. I've been an active workshop leader for several years.

My coaching comprises the universal laws of Attraction, Deliberate Creation, and Allowing, based on the spiritual foundation and universal principles espoused by Abraham-Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and other popular spiritual leaders. I live my life around my passions which also includes a deep love for the NFL and the Green Bay Packers.

My journey to the present took a dramatic turn in 1999 when my husband's job prompted a move from Texas to Oregon. Though I sensed a vague discontentment with my job in Texas, I didn't make the move happily or willingly. I was leaving a network of close friends and a home I truly loved.

After the move, I experienced more contrast (although I did not define it as that back then) in the form of increased frustration and feelings of powerlessness when for several years I was unable to find fulfilling work. I didn't feel ready to exit the medical field since I had only graduated three years prior, having earned a college degree in physical therapy. Yet I could not ignore the gnawing feelings that change was imminent. While exploring myriad work options, I discovered the Abraham Hicks teachings and developed an interest in life coaching.

The material allowed me to view my path from another perspective. Tapping into my core values (expansion, variety and creative self-expression with the essence of freedom topping the list) I saw precisely where I allowed my life to reflect those values along with my interests and passions. I could see other places where I had drifted off that more authentic path via faulty beliefs and attitudes. My belief that more credentials gained through education would make me successful never translated into reality. My life as a professional student left me feeling unfulfilled, unsuccessful, and financially ordinary.

Through the teachings I learned to be okay with where I was no matter the circumstances, to anticipate with joy what I intended to manifest into my life, and to take appropriate action steps toward achieving my desires.

I am now more appreciative of life, relationships and circumstances. I see more potential and opportunity where I once saw limitation and frustration.

I have come to embrace the belief that all my desires are already there for the receiving. I have discovered that as I get out of Spirit's way, align my energies with my desires and allow them to flow to me, I am more fully a deliberate creator of the rest of my life.

The process has evolved over the course of my lifetime and more deliberately over the past five years. I am integrating these principles deeper each time I practice the art of Allowing.

I now intend to live a life that is fulfilling, financially prosperous, joyful and flowing, filled with the ability to expand my capacity for growth, wisdom and creative self-expression while serving others.

As Abraham Hicks states, "The basis of our life is freedom, the result is growth and the objective is joy". One of my great joys is in sharing these wonderful and powerful principles through life coaching so that you, too, may experience life filled with great delight, wonder, appreciation and ease.
